  • One at a time: Each round loads individually
  • Interruptible: You can stop reloading and fire at any moment
  • Flexible: Load 1-5 rounds depending on tactical needs
  • Authentic: Inspired by real Kar98k bolt-action rifles

Full Reload: 4 seconds for 5 rounds (~0.8 seconds per round)

1 round~0.8 seconds
2 rounds~1.6 seconds
3 rounds~2.4 seconds
4 rounds~3.2 seconds
5 rounds (full)~4.0 seconds

Long-Range Sniping (50-100 blocks):

  • Eliminate targets before they can respond
  • Perfect accuracy at extreme distances
  • One-shot capability on most enemies

Precision Strikes:

  • Take out high-priority targets first
  • Eliminate threats before close combat
  • Support teammates from the backline

Pre-Combat:

  • Find elevated or protected positions
  • Load Implosive or Exorcist rounds for first shots
  • Ensure clear sight lines to targets
  • Mark target priority (bosses, archers, mages)

During Combat:

  • ALWAYS stand still when firing (perfect accuracy required)
  • Fire from cover or at extreme range
  • Reload behind cover or during enemy downtime
  • Don’t panic - quality over quantity with 5 rounds

Ammunition Selection:

  • Boss Fights: Implosive Rounds (17.5 damage!)
  • Undead Sniping: Exorcist Rounds (35.0 damage vs undead!)
  • Armored Targets: Armor-Piercing Rounds
  • General Sniping: Standard Rifle Rounds

Base Damage: 20.0 per shot

Ideal Setup:

  1. Find elevation 60-100 blocks from combat zone
  2. Ensure clear sight lines and cover
  3. Set up escape route if compromised
  4. Have backup weapon for close-range defense

Don’t Spam Fire:

  • Each shot counts with only 5 rounds
  • Take time to aim (perfect accuracy when standing)
  • Prioritize high-value targets
  • Reload during enemy movement/downtime

Make Every Shot Count:

  • Use Implosive Rounds on bosses only
  • Standard rounds for regular mobs
  • Exorcist rounds exclusively for undead
  • Don’t waste expensive rifle ammunition on weak targets

With Teammates:

  1. Snipe high-priority targets from distance
  2. Use Spirit Control rounds to disable enemies
  3. Teammates finish disabled targets in melee
  4. Reload while team engages

Solo Hunting:

  1. Position at 80+ blocks
  2. One-shot targets with Implosive/Exorcist rounds
  3. Reload before next engagement
  4. Maintain distance from survivors

Why Choose Steam-Pressured Rifle:

  • You need maximum damage (14.0 base)
  • You engage at long range (60-100 blocks)
  • You want one-shot capability
  • You prefer precision over volume of fire

When to Use Other Weapons:

  • Klein’s Repeater: Close range, sustained fire
  • Deathknell Revolver: Medium range, balance of damage and fire rate

  • You can kill most mobs in 1-2 hits

Q: Can the Steam-Pressured Rifle one-shot players?

A: Against unarmored or lightly armored players, yes! You can one-shot players without armor or with weak armor. Diamond/Netherite armor requires 2-3 shots.

Q: Is the slow fire rate a problem?

A: Not if you use it correctly! The rifle is designed for precision, not volume. Position properly, make your shots count, and the 14.0 damage compensates for slower fire rate.

Q: How much does rifle ammunition cost?

A: Rifle rounds are expensive:

  • 6 cases require 2 brass
  • 6 cores require 1 iron ingot + 1 brass
  • Total: 3 brass + 1 iron ingot for 6 rounds

Q: Can I use this in close combat?

A: Not recommended! The rifle excels at 60-100 blocks. In close combat:

  • Slow fire rate is a liability
  • Long reload is dangerous
  • Accuracy suffers while moving
  • Carry a Deathknell or Klein’s Repeater as backup
