What are boons?
Section titled “What are boons?”Unlike the standard potion system, where your power comes from within, this power comes from another entity. We will not name him here.
A Boon is effectively a bestowed Sequence which you can hold in parallel to your normal one. It grants you its own spells, has its own acting progression, and increases your maximum Spirituality.
How to get one?
Section titled “How to get one?”To receive your first Boon (Sequence 9 of a boon pathway), you must be useful to the entity that grants it.
This can happen through various means:
- Helping to test new features
- Working as a moderator or admin, resolving common issues
- Spreading the word about the server on TikTok / YouTube
- Boosting the Discord guild with Nitro
- Receiving it as a Battlepass reward
- Earning it through server events
- …and other contributions
How to progress boons?
Section titled “How to progress boons?”Boons can now be progressed up to Sequence 5.
To advance your Boon, you must:
- Build a Sacrificial Altar — any tier will work, though higher tiers may offer better results.
- Gather Beyonder Ingredients — specifically, ingredients that correspond to the Sequence you are advancing towards, or lower. You cannot skip ahead by offering low-value materials.
- Sacrifice the ingredients at the altar to advance your Boon.
How do boon spells work?
Section titled “How do boon spells work?”Boon spells function like standard Beyonder abilities — they have acting methods, contribute to Spirituality, and must be used to advance digestion. However, boon acting progression is separate from your main pathway’s progression.
Each boon only draws from the pathways of Outer Deities, and boon spells carry their own identity and flavour distinct from the standard 22 pathways.
