Quick Start

First steps:

1. Connecting to the server

• Server IP: mc.mysterria.net
• Minecraft Version: 1.21 - 26.1.2
• Server Type: Vanilla with plugins - no mods required

Accept the resource pack!

When you join, accept the resource pack prompt. Without it, none of the custom magic interface will render and the server will look like plain vanilla Minecraft.

If you have accepted it and the game still looks vanilla, update your Minecraft client - an outdated Java client can silently fail to load the pack.

Bedrock Edition players can connect through Geyser, but some custom interface elements will not display correctly. This is a known limitation.

2. Registration

• Execute the command /register <password> <password>
• Remember your password!
• Log in using /login <password>

P.S. If you have official Minecraft account, you don’t need to register at all!

3. Discord Verification

• Get yourself a verification code here - https://www.mysterria.net/profile

• Enter it in the pop-up window in Minecraft

• You will receive the next bonuses after verifying!

3. Newbie Bonus

• You will get a menu with all Pathways in the game

• Choose any, make a decision of the path you are going to walk, and confirm once again
• Path of Shortcut directly grants you Sequence 9 - but your maximum Spirituality will be permanently 10% lower, forever
• Path of Resolve grants no Sequence, but guarantees a Recipe from the very next loot chest you open. You then brew your first potion yourself, with no penalty

Your pathway choice is not final

Choosing a pathway here only decides your starting bonus. It does not make you a Beyonder, and it does not lock you in - if you later find and drink a Sequence 9 potion of a different pathway, you become that pathway instead.

You are a Beyonder once the pathway icon appears in the top-left corner of your inventory, which only happens after you actually drink a potion. The starter choice itself cannot be changed afterwards, so pick carefully.

4. Basic commands

• /magic - Next steps on advancing (an optional helper - you can play without it)
• /subspace - List every dungeon, its entrance, and your cooldowns
• /emporium - Open the Brilliant Emporium
• /daily - Daily rewards for playing on the server
• /vote - Open the server voting menu
• /bounty - Open the bounty menu for acting progress
• /wallet - Open your currency wallet
• /msg, /pm, /w - Send a private message
• /reply - Reply to a private message
• /lands - Open town management menu

There are no teleport commands

/home, /sethome, /spawn, /tpa, /rtp and /back do not exist on Mysterria, and will not be added. Travel is meant to matter - that is exactly what mobility pathways like Door are for.

Plan your journeys, and pick where you settle carefully.

5. Checking your progress

Everything about your character lives in one place:

Open your inventory → click the pathway icon in the top-left corner → hover over your character’s head in the menu that opens.

There you will find your Sequence, acting progress, Spirituality and Madness.

6. First tasks

1. Explore the lobby. Each NPC has their own dialogue!
2. Familiarize yourself with the server rules and wiki content
3. Create your own or join another town / city
4. Choose your magical Pathway and dive into adventures!

Good to know

• The world is a single Overworld, 15,000 × 15,000 blocks.
• The wilderness is safe. PvP only happens inside dedicated PvP zones and Cosmos Incursion zones, which you have to enter deliberately. Griefing is against the rules.
• Every naturally generated chest is a magical loot container - villages, mineshafts, temples, shipwrecks and so on. Their contents refill over time, so already-looted places are still worth visiting.
• The world is reset roughly every six months, progress included. That is why joining mid-season is never hopeless.

Useful tips

• Always read the chat - there’s lots of useful information there
• Don’t hesitate to ask questions in chat! If no one’s in chat, they’ll help you later!
• Join the Discord community. It has all the latest news, town forums, etc.!
• Learn the magic system gradually. Watch the anime, try reading the web novel!
